Will Houston

Will is Head of Financial Sustainability at BAT, reporting into the Group’s Chief Sustainability Officer. His role focuses on helping to ensure that BAT delivers what its investors require on Sustainability topics, including by engaging with Sustainability contacts at investors on their specific focus areas and ensuring the wider investor base appreciates how Sustainability is integrated into BAT’s long-term business strategy. The team also aims to provide an effective feedback loop into the business. He established BAT’s Sustainability Data & Reporting Programme – focused on readiness and compliance with the EU’s Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (and other regulations) with a particular focus on data. He was previously on both the buy-side, as a Portfolio Manager at Norges Bank Investment Management, and sell-side, as UBS and Redburn, focusing on Consumer Goods.
