Brad Mills

Brad Mills is co-head of investor targeting at Citadel Securities, based in San Francisco. Brad founded Valuation Metrics in 2011 to provide corporates with focused and effective targeting of institutional investors and joined Citadel Securities in 2021 through its acquisition of the company. In his role, Brad leads the firm’s efforts to build mathematical and statistical solutions that identify which investors will buy meaningful positions in a company’s stock and why they will do so.

Previously, Brad held senior roles with Bear Wagner Specialists, tech start up Aptegrity and the NYSE. He started his career at Pitney Bowes after graduating from Connecticut College with a degree in economics and government
