Petter Hedborg is the CEO & founder of Modular Finance. Prior to his 10 years there, Petter founded Introduce, an IR-platform for small-cap companies, that was later sold to one of the major Nordic investment banks.
Petter’s passion for financial information started out as an investor himself, later wanting to transform his leanings into digital tools and products. His vision for Modular Finance is to create transparency and efficiency in capital markets both on the issuer side and for the buy and sell side.
